Sage is known for its positive effects on cooking—and the brain. Sage is shown to enhance memory and other cognitive functions in a manner similar to caffeine. In addition, sage is often used to treat digestive disorders and can be easily consumed in a tea or herb form. 

Includes 3 sage seed plant capsules. This plant can be started year-round with adequate light conditions, sprouts in 1 to 2 weeks, grows to full size in 1 to 2 months and can live up to 2 to 6 months. Use the capsules only with a Click & Grow Smart Herb Garden (sold separately).

We're switching to a more sustainable plant capsule system, and you might receive your plant capsules without the plastic around the Smart Soil. This system works with the older Smart Herb Garden also, just don't throw away the plastic capsules!
