Art. 6-A delay in delivery of the goods or partial execution of the order does not entitle the buyer to refuse or modify the conditions.

Art. 9- In accordance with the provisions of article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the nature of the product. All Selmetron SL products are considered to be specific (tailor-made) orders.

Art. 13-The products are guaranteed for 24 months from their receipt. If after the correct delivery of the product, the buyer detects a manufacturing defect which implies the non-conformity of the product, he will have the right to request its repair, if this is possible, or its replacement with a new product, if the repair cannot be achieved. If, after checking the defects in the delivered product, it turns out that these are not attributable to Selmetron, SL, all resulting repair costs, labor, parts and transport will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Art. 14-The buyer must ensure that the products purchased are installed and used in a correct and safe manner, in accordance with the INSTRUCTION NOTICE previously provided by SELMETRON, SL, without risk to the health or safety of people.
